StaffAi provides managed revenue execution services. We deliver execution within an agreed scope. We do not guarantee revenue, leads, appointments, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

No revenue guarantees

Any references to performance are illustrative only. Results depend on factors outside our control including product market fit, pricing, offer strength, competitive environment, response rates, and client decisions.

We measure and improve execution quality. We do not promise outcomes.

No show responsibility

Qualified appointments can be lost due to prospect no shows, calendar conflicts, or last minute changes. StaffAi is not responsible for a prospect's attendance.

We can implement confirmation and follow up workflows, but attendance is never guaranteed.

Lead ownership and data handling

Lead lists, contact records, and engagement data created during delivery are handled as part of the execution system. Ownership, access, and retention depend on your agreement and applicable law.

We do not sell client data. For details, see Privacy and Security.

Scope boundaries

Delivery is limited to the scope, channels, markets, and qualification rules agreed for your engagement. Requests outside scope require a scope update before work begins.

We may decline work that is unlawful, non compliant, or misaligned with our operating standards.

Qualified handoff

A prospect meets your qualification rules. An appointment is booked. You close asynchronously.

Live Sales Escalation

A prospect is already live on a call. A real time transfer to you occurs only after budget, authority, buying intent, and your deal minimum are confirmed.

Live Sales Escalation is available only in Revenue Pro. There is no listening in and no manual per call decisions.

Evolving communication channels

Execution may run across voice, chat, and web based engagement. Channels, tooling, and workflows can change over time.

The promise is execution discipline, not a specific channel.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffAi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to StaffAi for the service period giving rise to the claim, unless your agreement states otherwise.
