Terms of service

These terms describe the service relationship between StaffAI and clients. They are written to keep expectations clear, delivery verifiable, and compliance practical.

Service model

StaffAI provides role based employees coordinated through a General Manager model. StaffAI is not software and not freelancers. You operate as the CEO and set business direction. Roles operate within agreed scope and cadence.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee leads, revenue, appointments, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Any projections or examples are illustrative only.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate context and timely approvals where required
  • Maintain lawful use of services and follow the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Provide tool access only where necessary and within your internal policies

Refund policy

Refunds are available only for verified delivery failure against the agreed scope and time window. Verification is based on documentation, reporting, and the agreed deliverables.

Data retention

Removed employees retain data for 30 days. Active clients have rolling retention aligned with ongoing delivery. See the Privacy and Security pages for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service period, except where prohibited by law.
