You start with Revenue Activation. It is a 30 day live deployment phase.

What is a qualified appointment?
A scheduled meeting with a prospect who meets the qualification rules agreed during activation. Qualification rules include fit and intent. They can vary by business.
No shows
What if a prospect no shows?
No shows are not treated as delivery failure. We can run reminder and confirmation workflows, but attendance is outside our control.
Guarantees
Do you guarantee revenue?
No. We do not guarantee revenue, leads, appointments, or conversion rates. We guarantee disciplined execution within scope.

Qualified handoff vs Live Sales Escalation
Qualified handoff means the prospect is qualified and an appointment is booked. You close asynchronously.
Live Sales Escalation means the prospect is already live on a call and is transferred to you in real time for time sensitive, high value deals.

When does Live Sales Escalation trigger?
Only in Revenue Pro. Only after budget, authority, buying intent, and your deal minimum are confirmed. No listening in. No manual per call decisions.
Transfers
How is transfer billing handled?
Prepaid credits only. $25 per transfer. Credits roll over. Transfers pause automatically when credits are exhausted. No post call billing.
Channels
Which channels do you use?
Execution can run across voice, chat, and web based engagement. Channels can evolve over time. The operating standard stays the same.
Recording
Do you provide call recordings?
Call recording is included in Revenue Pro.
Scope
What happens if we change scope?
We do not improvise. Scope changes are handled as a defined update. The system stays clean.
Data
Who owns the lead and conversation data?
You own your business data. Handling and retention are covered in Privacy and Security. We do not sell client data.
Annual commitments
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes, limited availability. Annual commitments lock pricing for 12 months. This is price protection, not a discount.
