The workflow

1. Revenue Activation
We deploy the system live for 30 days. We build inputs, launch outreach, and start booking qualified appointments.
If no qualified appointments are booked during the activation window, the activation fee is refunded.
2. Pipeline Execution
Lead sourcing, outreach, follow up, qualification, and scheduling run as one connected loop. Reporting stays simple and verifiable.
3. Closing model choice
Choose how deals are finished. We either close directly, or we hand off qualified appointments so you close asynchronously.
4. Live Sales Escalation
Available only in Revenue Pro. A live transfer happens only after budget, authority, buying intent, and your deal minimum are confirmed.
No listening in. No manual per call decisions.
5. Continuous optimization
We refine targeting, scripts, and qualification rules based on real conversations and real pipeline movement. Channels and tooling can change over time. The execution standard stays the same.
