Privacy and data handling

This policy explains how StaffAI handles information for delivery, coordination, and compliance. We aim for transparency, practical minimisation, and clear retention rules.

What we collect

  • Client contact and account information needed for service delivery
  • Operational information you provide to enable employees to perform their roles
  • Delivery records, reports, and documentation created during service
  • Support communications and compliance requests

How we use information

  • To coordinate role based employees and General Manager workflows
  • To document delivery, reporting, and scope
  • To support troubleshooting, quality review, and policy compliance
  • To respond to legal or compliance obligations where required

Data retention rules

Removed employees retain relevant service data for 30 days, after which data is scheduled for deletion unless retention is required by law or compliance. Active clients have rolling retention aligned with ongoing delivery and reporting needs.

Sharing

We do not sell client data. Sharing is limited to what is necessary to deliver services and to meet legal or compliance requirements.

Requests

Requests for access, correction, or deletion should be sent to compliance@getstaffai.com. Deletion requests are handled subject to legal, compliance, and operational constraints.
