Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, Intelligence Level selections, and transactions on the GetStaff AI platform operated by Studio9 LLC ("GetStaff AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to any paid Intelligence Level, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
This policy is designed to be fair to both customers and GetStaff AI. Please read it carefully before selecting an Intelligence Level.
1. PROVISIONAL STATUS — NO PAYMENT, NO REFUND
Provisional Status is provided at no charge. No payment is collected, and therefore no refund is applicable. Provisional Status may be cancelled at any time with no financial consequence.
2. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS — NO PARTIAL REFUNDS
Monthly Intelligence Level subscriptions (Venture at $79/month, Executive at $249/month, or Prestige at $599/month) are billed in advance at the beginning of each calendar billing month.
2.1 Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Executive Suite account settings or by submitting a written request to compliance@getstaffai.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to the Platform will continue through the end of your current billing month.
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
- No partial refund will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing month.
Monthly subscriptions are charged for an entire month of access. Because full access to all Platform capabilities is made available immediately upon each billing cycle, no partial refunds are issued under any circumstances for monthly subscriptions.
3. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS — PRO-RATA REFUND WITH DISCOUNT FORFEITURE
Annual Intelligence Level subscriptions are available at a discounted rate equivalent to two (2) months free (i.e., ten months' price charged for twelve months of access). The annual pricing for each Intelligence Level is:
- Venture: $658/year (equivalent to $54.83/month)
- Executive: $2,074/year (equivalent to $172.83/month)
- Prestige: $4,990/year (equivalent to $415.83/month)
3.1 Cancellation Within the Annual Term (Before Month 10)
If you cancel your annual subscription before the completion of ten (10) full calendar months of the subscription term, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund calculated as follows:
- Step 1: The total amount paid under the annual subscription is acknowledged.
- Step 2: Your subscription is re-assessed at the standard monthly rate (not the discounted annual rate) for each complete or partial calendar month of service used.
- Step 3: The total monthly equivalent charges are subtracted from the amount paid.
- Step 4: The remaining balance, if any, is refunded to your original payment method.
Example: A Venture CEO subscribes annually ($658) and cancels after 5 months. Monthly rate is $79/month. 5 months x $79 = $395 in monthly charges. Refund = $658 - $395 = $263.
By cancelling an annual subscription early, you agree that the annual discount is forfeited in its entirety and that charges will be recalculated at standard monthly rates.
3.2 No Refund After Month 10
If you cancel your annual subscription after ten (10) or more complete calendar months of the subscription term have elapsed, no refund will be issued for the remaining months of the term. This policy reflects the significant discount provided under annual pricing and the operational resources committed to your Organisation over the term.
3.3 Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your financial institution or payment processor.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Operational Activity Billing charges (usage-based fees for AI-generated creative assets and extended operations)
- Any month in which a chargeback was filed or a payment dispute was initiated by the customer
- Subscriptions terminated for violation of the Terms of Service
- Annual subscriptions cancelled after Month 10 of the subscription term
- Any partial month of service for monthly subscriptions
5. CANCELLATION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE (DISSOLUTION)
Cancelling your subscription initiates the Dissolution process for your Organisation. Upon Dissolution:
- You retain access to the Platform through the end of your current billing period.
- All AI Employees are placed in notice period status.
- Your Organisation data is retained for thirty (30) days following final access, after which it may be permanently deleted.
- GetStaff AI is not responsible for any data, Outputs, or content not exported prior to the end of your access period.
GetStaff AI strongly recommends exporting all Outputs, reports, and content you wish to retain before completing the Dissolution process.
6. INTELLIGENCE LEVEL RESTRUCTURING (DOWNGRADE)
If you restructure your Organisation to a lower Intelligence Level, the following applies:
- A thirty (30)-day transition period will commence, during which your Organisation transitions to the new level.
- If switching from an annual plan to a monthly plan mid-term, refund eligibility for the remaining annual balance will be assessed in accordance with Section 3 above.
- No refund is issued for the transition period itself.
7. FAILED PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
In the event of a failed payment, GetStaff AI will notify you and attempt to reprocess the charge. Access to the Platform may be suspended during the period of non-payment. Refund provisions do not apply to suspended accounts. Restoration of access is contingent on successful payment of all outstanding amounts.
8. CHARGEBACK AND DISPUTE POLICY
GetStaff AI maintains comprehensive records of all transactions, consent events, session activity, and service delivery. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
- GetStaff AI will submit complete transaction evidence to the applicable payment network within its required response window.
- Evidence submitted will include device fingerprint data, IP address, geolocation, consent timestamps, session logs, transactional email delivery records, and all relevant communications.
- Filing a chargeback for a charge that falls within this Refund Policy's eligible refund terms does not entitle you to a refund in excess of the amount calculated under this Policy.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at compliance@getstaffai.com before initiating a chargeback. We commit to reviewing and resolving billing disputes within ten (10) business days.
9. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or initiate Dissolution of your subscription, contact GetStaff AI at:

Please include your account email address, registered business name, subscription start date, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt within two (2) business days and process eligible refunds within ten (10) business days of confirmation.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
GetStaff AI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated by email and posted at getstaffai.com with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Any subscription active at the time of a change will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of subscription until the next renewal date.
