How do I recruit my first employee?
After incorporating, your EA will guide you through the Talent Pool. Browse available employees by department, review their profiles, and select who you want. Your GM manages training from there.
How does the Board Report work?
Your GM produces a Board Report every week. It covers company performance, department-by-department KPIs, staff assessments, risks, and recommendations. Your EA delivers it personally with her own commentary.
Can I change my Intelligence Level after incorporating?
Yes. Switching levels is a formal restructure managed by your GM over 30 days. Contact your EA to initiate the process or submit a request below.
What is the Wallet?
The Wallet is a secure internal financial instrument. You load it and your EA uses it for pre-approved payments only. It never connects to your personal bank accounts.
How do I dissolve my organisation?
Initiate Dissolution through your Command Preferences. All data is held for 30 days at no charge. Reactivate within that window and you continue exactly where you left off.
