What is included in the Access Fee?
Your Access Fee covers your Executive Assistant, your General Manager, and your full Executive Suite. These three are the foundation of every organisation and are never sold separately. All department staff are recruited separately from the Talent Pool at seat fee rates.
Do I pay anything to get started?
Nothing. Every CEO incorporates for free and receives Provisional Status immediately. A limited Executive Assistant introduces herself, your Talent Pool is partially visible, and you explore the platform before committing. Your organisation becomes fully operational when you select your Intelligence Level.
What interactions are included before overages apply?
CS Agents and Senior CS Agents: 60 interactions per day included. Sales Associates and Sales Specialists: 50 interactions per day included. The Receptionist operates on Voice Coverage — part-time coverage at Venture, expanded weekly coverage at Executive, and full desk coverage at Prestige. What are Creative Production Costs?
